FABRI-DOODLES

The Fabri-Doodles are inspired by my minxie little daughter Aviva. When she was 6 months old, I was desperately trying to finish a quilt and I kept throwing her scraps to play with on the blanket behind me where she was having “tummy time”. Those simple pieces of fabric kept her entertained for hours! (After a while I decided it would be safer to sew up the loose seams and turn the scraps into little “flags”, if you will.) Add a loop to one corner and you have a baby toy like no other: just like keys on a ring, but softer, quieter, and more stylish!

Designed with colors and fabrics moms will love, these “swatch sets” for babies are the ultimate sensory toy. They will enjoy grabbing the different textures of chenille, flannel, minky, faux-satin and 100% cotton in their sweet little fists, and the fresh colors and patterns are sure to stimulate growing minds.

GENISE PARK DESIGNS

I love to design and create colorful hand woven accessories for the home as well as scarves and shawls for the body. Each piece is uniquely different even though there may be more than one of each item. Often times I will hand dye a yarn to get the perfect color I need to add excitement to a piece. Using only the highest quality yarns to ensure that my creations are of the highest standard. Nature is my inspiration for all my weavings, knitting and fine art.

I learned how to sew when I was five years old from grandma and haven’t stopped since. It is so rewarding to create using the sewing machine and I have so much fun.  I  am passionate about making  quilts combining different colors using vibrant Kaffe Fasset fabrics or Reproduction Fabrics from various time periods.  I love to experiment with different patterns and colors, seeing what happens on small and large scale. All fabrics are 100% cotton as is the quilting thread. Also, I used 80% cotton/20% polyester Warm N Natural batting in the middle. I wash all of my quilts before shipping, giving it a slightly puckered vintage look, while also softening the fabrics.

Hello! I hope you enjoy my jewelry creations and hope they make you feel good. I make necklaces,bracelets,earrings, rings and accessories. Many of my items are personalized. I love working with mixed metals such as copper,sterling silver and brass as well as semiprecious stones. I especially enjoy hand stamping and hammering. Ever since I was a child, I was always creating and learning as many new mediums as possible.I presently love working with different metals such as copper, silver and brass as well as the textures that one can create with them. The GBR line of tshirts are fun, humorous, unique and reflect some every day events many kids may do. Good Boy Roy is a fun kid, a good kid, but may do some mischievous things every now and then. The t-shirts and characters are an extension of the love of drawing and cartoon design that Zack has always enjoyed. The purpose of Good Boy Roy is to bring smiles, giggles and laughter to those that see and wear the designs and maybe see themselves just a bit in the characters.
