IMG_6911All of my products at Punkie Pie’s Boutique are hand made by me. I choose fun modern fabrics to make cheerful accessories for women, such as, aprons, headbands and fashion scarves. Sometimes I’ll add in a few whimsical items in my shop such as Glammie Gloves (regular cleaning gloves embellished with fabric cuffs and ribbons). I have a passion for color and love working with various colors and textures. There are so many wonderful fabric designers out there that meet my needs of having colorful things around me. I love to cook and I love to sew so I decided to make some aprons for myself and soon figured out that making and selling these would bring great satisfaction. So that is how Punkie Pie’s Boutique got started. My 10 year old daughter (her nickname is Punkie Pie) has the same passion for color so she some times works with me in choosing fabric and color combination for items I make for my shop.

IMG_8745Aprons are not only for cooks but also for crafters, vendors, waitresses, hostesses, etc. So I offer several types and styles of aprons. Such as my Utility Apron with angled pockets. The angled pockets in this apron are designed so that items such as pens, pencils, scissors, and rotary cutters don’t poke you while you are working, sitting or bending. Since aprons are worn for so many different reasons I’m always open for suggestions from my customers and I am more than glad to work with anyone to meet their needs and will customize any item. So don’t be shy to ask.
