“Dear Chi Chi Tutu, Thank you so much for turning around my custom “Mama” tutu order so quickly. I can’t believe the way you made my vague request manifest into exactly what my mind’s eye pictured! The purple and crimson masterpiece sat exactly on my lower waist the way I explained I wanted it to. All of the embellishments were so lovely — I couldn’t resist juxtaposing it with some mean, knee-high boots. The ensemble was perfect for a big fabulous party I had to attend.
